Cottage & Coastal Inspired Return Policy

•  We offer a 7-day return for a full refund. After 7 days an in-store credit will be applied.   After 30 days all sales are final. Merchandise must be in new condition.
• Unboxed lighting/chandeliers are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• All fully installed lighting fixtures/chandelier sales are final.
• We encourage you to inspect your item(s) at the time of purchase and/or delivery, as damaged items cannot be returned.
• Cottage & Coastal Inspired reserves the right to determine whether or not the merchandise is eligible for return.
• If the item or items were delivered, pickup by our team is required, at standard delivery rates. Original delivery fees are non-refundable and do not cover pick-up costs.
• If an item was shipped directly to you and was damaged in transit, a replacement order or a store credit will be issued to the customer if the customer returns the item to the store within 7 days of receipt. We ask that you take pictures of the condition of each shipping box and packaging for our records and filing.
